Harford County Council Bill 12-17 APRIL 19 - On March 6th 2012 Council Bill 12-17 was introduced by Council President Boniface by the request of County Executive David Craig. This Bill was to appropriate $400,000 dollars for the Foundation to cover operating costs for the remainder of FY 12. The Foundation's Biggest Loser JANUARY 21 - The Foundation will be participating in a "Biggest Loser" competition. This competition is open to all employees, both full time and part time. Here are the specfics; * This will be a team format. Each shift will be a team with the supervisor being the team captain.
